To Add or Remove Geometry To/From a Folder or Component View (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Right-click the folder or component view in the browser, and select Edit Objects.
On the command line, enter an option, and then press enter.
To add an existing object to the folder/component view:
1. On the command line, enter A.
2. In model space, select the objects to add and press enter.
To remove an object to the folder/component view:
1. On the command line, enter R.
2. In model space, select the objects to remove and press enter. The object is removed from the folder/component view and returned to model space.
To copy an existing object to the folder/component view:
1. On the command line, enter C.
2. In model space, select the objects to copy and press enter. Copies of the objects are created.
  Note: The copies are placed on top of the original objects and you have to move them to the appropriate position using the AutoCAD MOVE command, later.
