To Filter the Data in a BOM Report (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click Annotate tabBOM panelBOM. Find
Press ENTER.
In the toolbar of the BOM List panel, click. The Report Generator dialog box is displayed.
Click . The dialog box expands.
Click Settings. The Sorting and Filtering Settings dialog box is displayed.
In the Filter section, click . A row is added to the filter criteria table.
In the added row, in the Filter column, select whether to filter on the item type or on a component property.
In the Criteria column, select the item type or component property.
In the Condition column, select the comparison operation for the filter.
If the Value column is available, select the value that will trigger the filter.
To combine this filter with another condition, repeat steps 5 through 9.
Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
