To Change the Item Number of Multiple Parts List Rows (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the drawing area, double-click the parts list. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
Click the first Item Number cell, and then SHIFT-click the last cell in the range of cells to edit.
Note:
- You cannot select non contiguous rows.
- To renumber the entire parts list, click the column header of the Item column.
In the toolbar, click . The Set Value dialog box is displayed.
Verify that the Column box shows Item.
To renumber the rows by specifying the starting number and an increment value:
1. In the Start value box, enter the Item Number of the first row in the range.
2. In the Step box, enter the increment value.
To renumber the rows by adding a fixed value to the existing item number:
1. Select the Add option.
2. In the Value box, enter the value to add to the existing Item Number.
Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
