To Change Settings for an Xref in the Current Drawing (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Open a drawing, and insert several xrefs.
At the Command prompt, enter AMXREFSET.
In the Xref Processing dialog box, enter the name of the xref you want to edit, or choose the Pick Xref< button, and select the xref from the drawing.
Make the necessary entries, and choose OK.
