To Customize the Chamfer Length Lists (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

You can predefine chamfer lengths and make them available in drop-down lists in the Chamfer dialog box and the Chamfer Options Ribbon Contextual Panel.

1. Click Home tabModify panelFillet drop-downChamfer. Find
2. Click <Current tab>Chamfer Options panelFirst Chamfer drop-down. Find
3. Click Configure (The last item in the drop-down list). The Chamfer List Configuration dialog box displays.
4. To add a new chamfer length:
   1. Click Add.
   2. Enter the new chamfer length.
   3. Move the new chamfer length to the appropriate position by clicking the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
5. To remove a length from the list:
   1. Click the value to remove.
   2. Click Delete.
6. To change a chamfer length:
   1. Click the value to edit
   2. Click Edit.
   3. Enter the new value
   4. Move the edited value to the appropriate position by clicking the Move Up and Move Down buttons.
7. Click OK.
8. Press ESC to exit the command.

The custom chamfer lengths are added to the First Chamfer list as well as the Second Chamfer list..
