To Create a Part Reference as a Reference to an Existing One (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click Annotate tabBOM panelPart Reference drop-downCreate. Find
At the Command prompt, enter R to select the Reference option.
In the drawing area, click the part reference to refer to.
At the Command prompt, enter A to confirm that you have selected the correct part reference.
In the Part Reference dialog box, change anything.
Click OK.
