To Modify an IFC Resource Instance

Open the drawing that you want to export as an IFC file.
On the command line, enter ifcresourceassign.
In the IFC Resource and Assignment dialog box, on the Resource tab, select the IFC resource instance you want to modify.
Right-click and select any of the following:
- Copy. Creates another instance of the selected IFC resource. The copy is automatically added to the IFC resource instance list.
- Rename. Modifies the name of the selected IFC resource instance.
- Delete. Removes the selected IFC resource instance.
  Note: An assigned IFC resource cannot be deleted. You cannot undo the removal of the IFC resource instance.
Click Apply.
Click OK.
