To Attach Hyperlinks, Notes, or Files to an AEC Polygon

Double-click the AEC polygon to which to attach information.
On the Properties palette, Extended Data tab, under Documentation, do any of the following:
- add hyperlinks
- edit notes
- attach a reference file
- edit the description of a reference file
- edit a reference file
- detach a reference file
