To Manage Drawings in the Content Drawings Library

Use these procedures to add or remove content drawings, or restore to the last saved files list in the library.

Add Drawings to the Content Drawings Library

In the Properties palette, expand Basic General.
Click Search.
In the Select Style or Select System dialog box, click Browse.
In the Content Drawings Library dialog box, click Add.
In the Select Style Drawings dialog box, select a drawing or multiple drawings to add to the library.
(Optional) Select Save as default to save the current content drawings list.

Remove Drawings from the Content Drawings Library

In the Content Drawings Library dialog box, select one or more drawings in the files list.
Click Remove.
Note: Removing a file from the content drawings library does not delete the file physically.

Restore Content Drawings List in the Library

In the Content Drawings Library dialog box, click Restore.
The last saved content drawings list that were removed are restored in the library.
