To Open and Close a View Drawing

Use this procedure to open and close a view drawing.

1. On the Quick Access toolbar, click Project Navigator .
2. Click the Views tab.
3. In the Drawing Explorer, locate the view drawing you want to open.
4. Open the view drawing using one of the following methods:
   • Select the view drawing, right-click, and click Open.
   • Double-click the view drawing.

   The view drawing opens in the drawing area of AutoCAD Architecture 2026 toolset.

5. Close the view drawing using one of the following methods:
   • Right-click the view drawing in the Drawing Explorer on the Project Navigator, and click Close.
   • Click Close Current Drawing.
6. Click Yes to save the changes in the drawing, if desired.
