    To Rename a Layer

    Use this procedure to specify a new name for a layer.

    1. If necessary, open the Layer Properties Manager by clicking Home tabLayers panelLayer Properties.
    2. Select the layer that you want to rename, and click the layer name.
    3. Enter a new name for the layer, and press Enter.
