Licensing - Arnold for Cinema4d

Abort On License Fail

By default, Abort on License Fail is enabled, so batch renders abort (stop) if an Arnold license is not available. This means you don't have to check rendered image sequences for watermarks. Interactive renders do not abort, and render with a watermark on license fail.

You can use the environment variable ARNOLD_FORCE_ABORT_ON_LICENSE_FAIL to override this default behavior.

  • 0 = batch and interactive render with watermarks on license fail.
  • 1 = batch and interactive abort on license fail.

Render With Watermarks (Skip License Check)

Switch this on to avoid taking an Arnold license from the license server. This will always render your image with a watermark.
