Cameras - Arnold for Houdini
The Arnold tab includes all the Arnold parameters for a perspective camera. For other Arnold camera types, you can use the Override Camera section to use a different camera and edit its parameters.

- Filter Map For a filter map, create an Arnold MaterialBuilder, add a Camera Output node, and connect a shader to the filtermap port.
- UV Remap For a uv remap, create an Arnold MaterialBuilder, add a Camera Output node, and connect a shader to the uv_remap port.
Motion Blur
Motion blur uses the Shutter Open and Shutter Close from the Sampling tab.
Depth of Field
- Focus Distance is on the Sampling tab.
- Aperture Blades
- Aperture Rotation
- Aperture Blade Curvature
- Aperture Blades
- Aperture Aspect Ratio
- Flat Field Focus True by default to match the standard thin-lens camera model. This prevents overblurring away from the optical axis.
Override Camera
You can create Arnold camera types, like Vr and Fisheye, by choosing an Arnold camera type. The parameters for that camera type are then listed in the Override Camera section.
