Archived Projects Dashboard
When you archive a project, it moves from the Active Projects Dashboard to the Archived Projects Dashboard.
From the Archived Project Dashboard, you can:
Restore a project from archive to active. The project moves from the Archive Projects Dashboard to the Active Projects Dashboard.
Delete a project from Assemble. The project is permanently removed from the SQL database.
WARNING! Once you delete an archived project, it cannot be recovered.
To go to the Archived Projects Dashboard, select Archived Projects at the top, right corner of your Projects page.
The following are some of of the offerings available from the Archived Projects Dashboard.
- Search for a project displays all archived projects that have names, project ID numbers or descriptions that start with, or include the exact order of letters or numbers that you enter here.
- Sort lets you sort archived projects in several ways: by project name in ascending (A-Z) and descending (Z-A) alphabetical order, and by newest or oldest project.
- Active Projects displays the Project Dashboard for active projects.
- Unarchive or Delete a project.
- Select Unarchive to restore an archived project. You can view the project in the Active Project Dashboard.
- Select Delete to permanently remove all data for your project from Assemble.
Note: Archived projects do not count towards the allowable "Active" project per month license.
