Offline Viewing (iOS)
Any view that is loaded into the viewer can be saved for offline access in seconds.
- Tap the view information button the the inventory header.
- Toggle the switch to make this view available offline.
Note: Making a view available offline will cache the inventory and geometry on your device. Since the geometry for a published model version doesn't change, the cached data will be used even when you are online, resulting in a performance boost.
Views that have been made available for offline use have an indicator in the list of saved views.
- Press and hold on a view to show the popup menu that will let you delete the offline data. This can also be done at the project level.
To work offline, simply choose Work Offline from the projects options menu.
You will also be prompted to Work Offline when you cannot access the list of projects or views when launching the app.
Once you go offline, the list of projects will be filtered to show only projects that have offline views.
The bottom of the screen will show an offline indicator with a Go Online button to return to online mode.
Note: Object property data is not available when offline.
