Sets for On-screen Takeoffs

Navisworks search sets, created within Assemble, can be utilized for on-screen takeoff estimating. When using Assemble, group the Revit model elements by level and category, and then create a search set using that view.

Within Navisworks, import the search sets created with Assemble. As each quantity item, or quantity groups, are highlighted and counted, select the Item Tools tab, and change the color of the counted items.
