System Requirements

The Autodesk Assemble web application and accompanying installer are supported on 64-bit English version operating systems that meet or exceed the following requirements:

Application Autodesk recommends the latest version of the following applications for all Assemble components.
- Autodesk Revit 2021-2024
- Autodesk AutoCAD MEP 2021-2024
- Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2021-2024
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2021-2024
- Autodesk Civil 3D 2021-2024
- Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2021 (or newer)
- Microsoft .NET Framework, version 4.8
Browser Autodesk recommends the latest version of the following web browsers for access to online supplemental content.
- Google Chrome™ (highly preferred)
- Mozilla® Firefox®
Hardware
Graphics Hardware - Minimum: OpenGL 4.0+ capable dedicated graphics device with 4 GB memory.
- Recommended: OpenGL 4.0+ capable dedicated graphics device with 8 GB or more memory.
RAM - Minimum: 16 GB of RAM.
Internet connection - Wired or Wi-Fi broadband connection.
- Minimum: 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Proxy & DNS Allowed
Proxy / Allowed List Add the following exceptions to the Internet's proxy settings:
- *.tryassemble.com
- https://graphicsservice.tryassemble.com
- All traffic over port 443 using SSL and Websockets
DNS Allowed List - Add *tryassemble.com to any web filter, DNS filter, or allowed list for best performance.
Direct Endpoints Allow access to the following direct endpoints:
- https://graphicsservice.tryassemble.com/api/v1/graphics/sessions
- wss://graphicsservice.tryassemble.com/api/v1/graphics/sessions
- https://graphicsservice.tryassemble.com/health
Note: Autodesk is not responsible for errors or failures that may occur during Autodesk software installation updates.
