Contact Support

If you experience issues with Assemble, the quickest way to get a resolution is to log a support ticket.

To log a support ticket:

  1. Click the question mark icon in the upper right corner of any Assemble page to open the Help menu.

  2. Select the Contact Support menu option to open an external Contact Support page.

  3. On the Contact Support page, follow the instructions to select a path to get to the correct support form for your issue. You can choose from:

    • Help with buying online

    • Education and trial support

    • Post-purchase support

      Note:

      If you have a paid subscription to Assemble, click Post-purchase support to log a support ticket.

  4. Complete the support form to see relevant support options. You will have the option to either select an existing article via the self-service menus or log a support ticket.
