The Submittals tool comes with default values to facilitate efficiency and smooth workflow by automatically assigning key details when creating new submittal items.

Default values in the Submittals tool include:

• Default Manager: Person responsible for managing submittal reviews and approvals.
• Default Review Time: Typical duration for a submittal review step.
• Default Watchers: Additional stakeholders to notify about submittal updates.

To set default values:

1. Click Submittals from the left navigation to open the Submittals tool.
2. Click Settings menu and choose Default values.
3. Select Default Manager.
4. Select Default Review Time.
5. Select Default Watchers List.
