| Role | Description |

| Project administrator | A project administrator with full access to all transmittals and related settings. |
| Project member | Someone added to the project. |
| Sender | A project member who creates and sends transmittals to recipients. |
| Project member recipient | A project member who receives transmittals. |
| Non-member recipient | An external user who receives transmittals. |
