Role Definitions for Transmittals Permissions

Role Description
Project administrator A project administrator with full access to all transmittals and related settings.
Project member Someone added to the project.
Sender A project member who creates and sends transmittals to recipients.
Project member recipient A project member who receives transmittals.
Non-member recipient An external user who receives transmittals.

Project level setting: Turn on Transmit files to anyone setting
Create transmittal

Create + upload folder permission or above required
View and access transmittals

Only transmittals they've sent or received.

This table outlines the actions available to each role working on the same transmittal. This table assumes no role overlap, meaning the same person cannot act as both sender and recipient within the same transmittal.
