To Work with Notifications

You can send notifications at different stages of the collaboration workflow.

Send Markup Notifications

In the BIM 360 toolbar, select Markups.
Select the checkbox for the markup(s) that you want to communicate to a team member.
Click notify.
Select team members and add a message.
Click Send.

Send Activity Notifications

In the BIM 360 toolbar, select Activities.
Select a model to filter the activities list.
Select one activity or multiple activities.
Hover over an activity and click Notify.

Select multiple activities and click Notify.
Select team members and add a message.
Click Send.
