To Invite Project Members (Web)

As a project admin, you can invite members to a project.

  1. In Glue desktop, as a project admin, click Administration.
  2. Click Members.
  3. On the Members page, click Add.
  4. In the Add Project Members dialog, you can add one or multiple members to a project at the same time.
    • Add new members by entering their email address. Then click Add.

      You can optionally specify a default access role for all new members in addition to specifying rights for individual members. When you add new members, the New Members set all option appears.

    • For Project Members, you can also add members who have previously been added to the BIM 360 account. Search the account directory by entering a name, email, or company. Select a result and click Add.
  5. Specify project access rights.
  6. (Optional) For Message, select the default message and revise as needed.
  7. Click Send Invitation to send the Welcome to BIM 360 Glue email. This email allows them to activate their membership and access the project.
