Permissions

Users with the role of admin can set up the Assets module and workflow and assign permission levels to other members of the project.

Further permission levels can be granted by person, role, or company. See the explanations below for greater permission levels.

View All

Project members can view all assets on the project. They can't edit those assets, however.

Create

Project members can create assets and edit ones created by their company. They can't view assets created by other companies.

View All and Create

Project members can create assets and view all assets on the project. They can also edit assets created by others in their company.

Full Control

Project members can create assets. They can also view, edit, or delete any asset in the project.
