Who can access Assets?

Only project members with View All access and higher will be able to view assets on web or mobile. For more information about permission levels in assets, see Permissions.

Who can create issues?

Any user with “Create” access or higher can create issues from an asset. For more information about permission levels in assets, see Permissions.

Who can create checklists?

Any user with “Create” access or higher can create checklists from an asset. For more information about permission levels in assets, see Permissions.

How do I create a new asset?

You can create a new asset from the asset administration page, either by uploading assets in bulk or creating them individually. Assets can’t be created from a mobile device.

Can I export a list of all asset categories?

Not at this time. The ability to export a list of all asset categories will be added in the future.

Can I use Assets on an Android device?

Assets is only accessible on BIM360 for web and iOS.
