Managing Assets

As a project admin, you have full visibility of all assets in your project, as well as the ability to modify assets. You’ll manage all assets from the assets administration page.

Modify and Update Assets

Simply click any asset on the asset administration page to make changes to it.

Add Attachments

From the assets list page on web, select the asset that you would like to attach a file to. Select the "Attachments" tab and click "Browse."

Select a file from your project or upload a file from your computer. Click "Add" to attach the file.

From any asset, you can link to an existing checklist or create a new one using one of the checklist templates on your project.

Begin by selecting an asset. From the asset detail list, click "Checklists." From here, you can link to an existing checklist by clicking "Add reference."

Select the checklist that you want added to the asset and click "Add."

If a checklist has already been added to an asset, you can view its progress by returning to the "Checklists" tab from the asset detail page.

Filter and Delete Assets

Find specific assets quickly using filters. Click the Filters icon to open a list of filters.

Use the Categories filter to filter by category or subcategory. You can also filter by status, location and sub-location, and additional attributes.

To delete an asset, click it and then scroll to the bottom of its list of attributes. Click “Delete” and confirm that you want to delete it.
