Meetings

The Meeting Minutes toolset can support any type of meeting. The Meetings Minutes toolset is found in the meetings tab of Project Management and allows you to:

  • Create and delete meetings
  • Track attendance
  • Create agendas
  • Create minutes - keep notes about the important decisions made in project meetings

You can assign action items with due dates to attendees. Files can be attached to an action item for fast access during the conversation. RFIs and issues can be attached to meeting items for quick access during a meetings. You can create follow-up meetings for ongoing work.
