Workflow: Get Started with Field Management
BIM 360 Project Administrators can manage project member access to files and folders as well as workflow tools including the Field Management module.
Project Admins need to perform the following steps to enable Field Management workflows.
- Ensure your account admin has set up your project.
- Set up your project library in Document Management.
- Invite project members and set library permissions.
- Assign Field Management permissions. You can control user, role, and company rights to view, create, edit, and delete templates, checklists and issues.
- Create Checklist Templates. Enable project members to add ready to use checklists. You can import templates from BIM 360 Field classic.
- Manage issue types and sub-types.
- Set up your Field Management project locations. Enable assigning checklists and issues to project locations.
- Share the BIM 360 iOS mobile app download link with your project team.
