To Publish a Sheet Set to DWF

You can publish a sheet set to DWF™ directly from AutoCAD MEP 2025 toolset. DWF™ files are typically much smaller in file size than regular drawings, and they can be easily shared among all parties involved in facility design and construction.

1. On the Quick Access Toolbar, click Project Navigator.
2. On the Sheets tab of Project Navigator, right-click the directory that contains the sheets you want to publish, and click Publish Publish Dialog Box.

   To publish all drawings, right-click the project name at the top of the sheets directories, and click Publish Publish Dialog Box.

3. In the Publish dialog box, under Publish to, select DWF file.
4. Click Publish.
5. Specify a file location, and click Select.
