- In the left pane, select the system to which you want to attach notes or files and, in the right pane, click the General tab.
- Click Notes.
- To add a note, click the Notes tab, and enter a note.
- To work with reference documents, click the Reference Docs tab:
If you want to… then… attach a reference file click Add, select a file, and click OK. edit the description of a reference file select the file, and click Edit. Edit the description, and click OK. edit a reference file double-click the reference file name to start its application. detach a reference file select the file name, and click Delete. - Click OK twice.
