Displays the Block Authoring Palettes window in the Block Editor. You can open the Block Authoring Palettes window only from the Block Editor.
The Block Authoring Palettes window contains the following tabs:
- Parameters tab
- Actions tab
- Parameter Sets tab
- Constraints tab (not available in AutoCAD LT)
