To Create a Geometric Tolerance with a Leader

At the Command prompt, enter leader.
Specify the start point of the leader.
Specify the second point of the leader.
Press Enter twice to display the Annotation options.
Enter t (Tolerance), and create a feature control frame.
The feature control frame is attached to the endpoint of the leader.
