To Enter Relative 2D Polar Coordinates

At a prompt for a point, enter UCS coordinates using the following format:
@ distance < angle

For WCS coordinates, turn off dynamic input and, at a prompt for a point, enter the coordinates using the following format:
@ * distance < angle
