Print a blank checklist (the checklist template) or a completed checklist report.
Use printed checklists for recordkeeping or for informational purposes. You can’t print unless your project role has edit capabilities for that checklist template type.
After printing, you receive an email with a link to download the report. If the browser window remains open while the report is generated, you can also download the report file directly from the browser window.
Print a Blank Checklist
- Click .
- In the Print Blank Checklist window, select a checklist template.
- Click Print to generate a blank checklist PDF.
Print a Completed Checklist
- Click Checklists
.
- Click in the Template box.
- Click the checkbox next to the template and click Save. All completed checklists created from the selected template appear at the right of the page.
- Select the checklists to print.
- Click Print.
- Select the appropriate values to include in the report, change the report name as needed, and select an output type.
- Click Print to generate the report.
