To Capture and Send Screenshots (Mobile)

Take a screenshot on the iPad and send it to Support.

1. To capture a screenshot, simultaneously press the On/Off switch (on the side of the iPad) and the Home button (on the surface of the iPad). You see a flash on the screen. If you have sound enabled, you also hear a camera click. The screenshot appears in the iPad Photos library.
2. Tap the iPad Photos icon, and then tap the image you want to send.
3. When the image is visible on the full screen, tap the image and then tap Share.
   • In iOS6 and later, you see a menu that includes a Mail button. Tap this button.
   • In earlier iOS versions, tap the Email Photo button.
4. In the To field, enter an email address and tap Send. To send to BIM 360 Field Support, enter bim360field.support@autodesk.com as the address.
