Take a screenshot on the iPad and send it to Support.
- To capture a screenshot, simultaneously press the On/Off switch (on the side of the iPad) and the Home button (on the surface of the iPad). You see a flash on the screen. If you have sound enabled, you also hear a camera click. The screenshot appears in the iPad Photos library.
- Tap the iPad Photos icon, and then tap the image you want to send.
- When the image is visible on the full screen, tap the image and then tap Share.
- In iOS6 and later, you see a menu that includes a Mail button. Tap this button.
- In earlier iOS versions, tap the Email Photo button.
- In the To field, enter an email address and tap Send. To send to BIM 360 Field Support, enter bim360field.support@autodesk.com as the address.
