- From the iPad home screen, tap .
- On the right, turn on Enable Debug Mode.
- Log in to BIM 360 Field and replicate the issue a few times.
- Tap Profile.
- In the Signed In As dialog, tap Send Diagnostics.
- In the body of the email, briefly describe why you are sending the diagnostics. For existing Support tickets, enter the ticket or reference number.
- Tap Send.
