Photos Permissions and Visibility

Photos Visibility
Photos and videos, uploaded by any member of your project across Autodesk® Build, will be visible by all project members in the Photos gallery. These can be photos:
- Directly uploaded to the Photos gallery
- Published as markups on sheets or files
- Attached as references to issues, RFIs, submittals, forms, and more
In the gallery, all project members can see all the details about a photo or video, including tags, location details, and creator information.
Photos Permissions
| Action | Permission |
|---|---|
| Upload | All members can upload photos to the gallery, as a reference, and through the photo markup on sheets. |
| Edit | Only project administrators and the project member who uploads a photo are able to edit a photo's title or location. |
| Add or Remove Tags and References | Any project member can add or remove tags and references on photos. |
| Delete | Only project administrators and the project member who uploads a photo are able to delete a photo. |
