Creating Photo Reports

Autodesk® Build can generate a PDF report of any combination of photos on your project. The report will display photos from your project, along with details about each file that you choose to include.

You have control over how your report is formatted and what information is included:

  • Report name
  • Description
  • Order in which photos appear
  • Number of photos on each row
  • Page size
  • Photo data to include

Export configuration

To create your report, follow these steps:

  1. Select the files to include in your report, or select all files using the checkbox below the Add button
  2. Click Export
  3. Name your report, provide a description, and configure the rest of the report—include an email address if you'd like to send the report to yourself or someone else
  4. Click Generate
  5. Download the report or share the link for others to download
