Schedule and Workplan Notifications

When tasks, subtasks, or schedules are updated in the Schedule and Workplan tool, email notifications are sent to the affected teams and members.

Notifications provide real-time updates and help keep everyone informed about the progress of the project. For example, if a new task is assigned to a team member, they will receive an email notification, ensuring they are aware of their new responsibility and can take appropriate action.

Project administrators can customize email notification settings for a project by controlling who receives which notifications.

Project members with Edit permission or above can customize their own email notification frequency settings for the tools they have access to.

This table shows when each participant receives an email notification.

*External collaborators can also be included in the Schedule and Workplan workflow via email, allowing them to receive notifications and participate in the project.
