Bounded Point Tool Properties Dialog

A Bounded Point is a reference point that specifies elevation constraints at a specific location.

Right-click the Bounded Point tool in the Grading Object Tool palette and select Properties to access the Bounded Point Tool Properties dialog. Use this dialog to define the default constraints for the bounded point tool.

Property Definitions

Image

Displays the icon representing the grading object. Right-click the icon and choose Select Image to change the icon for both Light and Dark themes.

Name

Specifies the display name of the grading object. Edit this field when creating different tool versions for your workflow.

Description

Specifies the tooltip when the cursor is placed on the tool in the Grading Object Tool palette. Edit this field when creating different tool versions for your workflow.

Min Elevation

Specifies a minimum elevation optimization constraint for the point. When the Min Elevation and Max Elevation properties are equal, the point is a fixed elevation.

Max Elevation

Specifies a maximum elevation optimization constraint for the point. When the Min Elevation and Max Elevation properties are equal, the point is a fixed elevation.
