- Press and hold the Ctrl key.
- Along the bottom of the drawing window, click each of the layout tabs that you want to publish.
- Right-click one of the selected layout tabs and choose Publish Selected Layouts.
- In the Publish dialog box, change any settings for the selected layouts and click Publish.
