To Label Pressure Networks

To label pressure networks

  1. Select a pressure network part in plan or profile view.
  2. On the Pressure Networks tab, click Add Labels and then select one of the following commands:
    • Add Pressure Network Labels: Creates pressure network labels using the Add Labels dialog box
    • Entire Pressure Network Plan: Creates labels for a pressure network displayed in plan view
    • Entire Pressure Network Profile: Creates labels for a pressure network displayed in a profile view
    • Entire Pressure Network Section: Creates labels for a pressure network displayed in a section view
    • Single Part Plan: Creates a label for a pressure network part displayed in plan view
    • Single Part Profile: Creates a label for a pressure network part displayed in a profile view
    • Single Part Section: Creates a label for a pressure network part displayed in a section view
    • Spanning Pressure Pipes Plan: Creates a label for a series of consecutively connected pressure pipes in plan view.
    • Spanning Pressure Pipes Profile: Creates a label for a series of consecutively connected pressure pipes in profile view.

To associate a pressure network with an alignment in order to label the pressure network with station and offset information

  • Do one of the following:
    • When creating the pressure network, select the Reference Alignment in the Create Pressure Network dialog box.
    • When using the Pressure Network Plan Layout tools to create or edit the pressure network, select the Reference Alignment from the drop-down list on the Network Settings panel.
