Starting Coordinates Transformation for Civil 3D

Use the following procedure to open PPK Survey for Civil 3D.

1. Open Autodesk Civil 3D 2025.
2. Open your Civil 3D drawing.
3. Confirm that the correct coordinate system is assigned.
4. In Toolspace, on the Toolbox tab, expand Miscellaneous Utilities Drawing Transformations. Double-click any of the three transformation tools to open.
   • Coordinate System Transformation. Performs horizontal transformations from one coordinate system to another.
   • Vertical Datum Transformation. Shifts elevations from one vertical datum to another
   • Vertical Units Transformation. Transforms coordinate systems from US survey feet to international feet, or from international feet to US survey feet.
