To review or modify detailed part family properties

Depending on the type of part family you are modifying, different detailed properties are available.

1. Add a part family or select an existing part family to modify. See: To add or modify a drainage part family.
2. Click the Detailed Properties tab.

   You will see different attributes in the detailed properties tab depending on which type of part family you are working with. For example, the Bench Form attribute will not be available for Grate or Cover part families.

   

   Note: The Part Family Global Name is a required property. All other detailed properties are optional.
3. Input any desired information in the available fields.
4. Click Next.
5. Add or modify part sizes.
