- Click menu
. - In the Open Markup DWF dialog box, select a file that contains markups. Click Open.
The Markup Set Manager displays the markup set in the tree view.
- Right-click a markup node. Click Markup Status and click a status to select it.
Added comments are automatically saved in the DWF file and are included when you republish it.
You can also save markup changes by right-clicking the markup set node. Click Save Markup History Changes.
