To Convert Points to a Different Coordinate Zone

Create a copy of the External Project Point Database format. For more information, see To Create a Point File Format Based on an Existing Format.
Change the coordinate zone of the new format so that it matches the coordinate zone of the current drawing.
Export the points in the drawing using the new format. For more information, see To Export Point Data.
Change the current drawing coordinate zone to the zone you want the points to be converted to.
Import the points into the drawing. For more information, see To Import Point Data.
