To Define or Modify a Cell Style

Click Home tabAnnotation panelTable Style. Find
Select the table style that contains the cell style you want to modify, or click New to create a new table style.
In the Table Style dialog box, in the Cell Styles drop-down list, select a cell style to modify, or create a new cell style by clicking the button to the right of the drop-down list.
Click OK.
