To open a survey query
- Open a survey database.
- Click Modify tab

Survey Query Find.
- Click Survey Query tab
Manage panel
Query List drop-down
[Query Name].
- Use the tools on the Survey Query ribbon to work with the query.
To modify a survey query
You can modify the survey query criteria, and then save the changes.
- Open a survey database.
- Click Modify tab

Survey Query Find.
- Click Survey Query tab
Manage panel
Query List drop-down
[Query Name to be Modified].
- Click Survey Query tab

Query Builder Find.
- In the Survey Query Builder dialog box, modify the survey query as needed.
- Click Save Query to save the query to the survey database, or click Save File to save the query to a QML file.
To copy a survey query
Use an existing survey query as the basis for a new survey query.
- Open a survey database.
- Click Modify tab

- Click Survey Query tab

Query List drop-down
[Query Name to be Copied].
- Click Survey Query tab

New Query/Copy Query/Delete Query drop-down
Copy Query Find.
- In the Survey Query Builder dialog box, specify a query Name and Description.
- Modify the query conditions to suit the requirements of the new query.
- Click Save Query to save the query to the survey database, or click Save File to save the query to a QML file.
To delete a survey query
- Open a survey database.
- Click Modify tab

Survey Query Find.
- Click Survey Query tab

Query List drop-down
[Query Name to be Deleted].
- Click Survey Query tab
Manage panel
New Query/Copy Query/Delete Query drop-down
Delete Query Find.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion of the survey query.
