You can specify a point location, using latitude and longitude values.
Zone and coordinate system settings are required in the drawing, and any applied transformations.
A transparent command can only be used within a running command.
To specify a point location by latitude and longitude
- When you are prompted to enter a point, do one of the following:
- Enter 'll (two Ls).
- Activate the Transparent Commands toolbar and select
.
- Enter a latitude value.
- Enter a longitude value.

The order in which you are prompted for latitude and longitude is controlled by the Transparent Command setting Prompt For Longitude Then Latitude. For more information, see Transparent Command Settings.
- If you are prompted, enter an elevation. For more information, see Entering an Elevation for a Transparent Command.
