Create a Polyline from a Traverse

When you create a polyline from a traverse, a vertex is placed at the beginning and end of each traverse side.

To create a polyline from a traverse

1. Create a traverse, or open an existing traverse.

   For more information, see either Creating a Traverse or Opening an Existing Traverse.

2. In the Coordinate Geometry Editor dialog box, on the main toolbar, click .

   A polyline is created from the traverse, and is displayed in the drawing. Polyline vertices are created at the beginning and end of each traverse side.

3. Create additional sides as needed, and then specify the requisite parameters.
4. On the main toolbar, click .
5. Click Close.
