Use this tab to view or change general information for the surface.

Name: Specifies the name of the current surface.
Description: Specifies the description of the current surface.
Object Style: Specifies the default surface style used to display a surface. Select a style in the list or use the standard selection tools. For more information about the standard selection tools, see Select Style Dialog Box.
Render Material: Specifies the default render material used to display a surface. Select a render material in the list or use the standard selection tools. For more information, see Applying Render Materials to Objects, Select Render Material Dialog Box.
Object Locked: Specifies whether the surface is locked and cannot be edited.
Show Tooltips: Controls whether tooltips are displayed for the object in the drawing (does not affect tooltips over toolbar icons).
